We may utilise electrotherapies to aid our treatments when targeting specific tissues. Therapies we offer include Class 4 Low-level laser, therapeutic ultrasound, PEMF, TENS/ NMES and thermal therapies. Safety and contraindications will always be discussed prior to the application of electrotherapies.

What to Expect?

New patients will undergo a thorough initial assessment with a fully qualified veterinary physiotherapist. The assessment process consists of a thorough history discussion, gait analysis and hands on palpation. From this, the optimum treatment plan will be developed with consideration of your horse’s medical history, current symptoms/ diagnosis and the goals of treatment.
